While the English weather is only reliable in its unreliability, a glass of prosecco from the wonderful Villa Sandi never fails to make me feel the beautiful Italian sunshine.
For something, a little different add a little peach puree to each glass. The puree is simply peaches blitzed with a little sugar(or simple syrup) if needed. Ideally fresh but if you did end up with a random tin, they work fine.
